Swire Renewable Energy is pleased to share its 2024 Health and Safety results. We have once again exceeded our targets and significantly strengthened our HSE culture. Safety observations increased 516% compared to 2023 (and an impressive 8700% compared to 2022). Importantly, the company experienced a 63% increase in total manhours, however we maintained zero lost time injuries and our TRIF rate, at 2.95 per million hours – remains below the industry average. Throughout 2024, we upheld our commitment to our seven safety non-negotiables, including empowering our technicians and staff to use the Stop Work Authority. The SWA empowers every team member to stop any activity they believe to be unsafe. Ryan Smith, CEO of Swire Renewable Energy, commented: "We are very encouraged with the ongoing improvements in our HSE results and the strengthening of our HSE culture.
