[#SupplierGreenDeal] ✅ In December 2024, we brought together 131 key suppliers for the 3rd edition of the Supplier Green Deal, where three of them shared their views on the importance of partnerships in achieving ambitious sustainability goals.   🎯 This annual event focused on reducing our Scope 3 emissions, with a clear target: to reduce them by at least 16% by 2030 compared to 2017. To achieve this, we are working closely with our suppliers to reduce their Scope 1 and 2 emissions, aiming for a reduction of at least 8% per year.   💬 To support our suppliers, we offer our expertise to help develop a robust decarbonization plan certified by third-party organizations. Three suppliers shared their interest in the Supplier Green Deal during the event: Wouter Hut Executive Vice-President for Pricing, Procurement and Sustainability at Ahlstrom said: “The Supplier Green Deal should actually accelerate the impact that all of us can make wherever we sit in the value chain.” Amber Wellman, Chief Sustainability Officer at The Chemours Company added: “There’s a lot of synergies between the Supplier Green Deal and our goals!” Houjue LYU, Assistant to CEO at Shanghai Yongguan Adhesive Products Corp.,Ltd., concluded: “The Supplier Green Deal offers our group a very clear approach to sustainability. It definitely motivates suppliers like us, and we want to recognize the importance of the collaborative efforts in driving environmental responsibilities.”   👏 A big thank you to all our suppliers for their commitment to this shared vision!
