3wIsn't it too late ? Authoritarian regimes like China, did not wait on the Silicon Valley. They are probably slightly behind but nothing will stop them to create this crazy dystopian future we fear (at least on the western side) I think we will have this "evil" and "bible" AI, coexisting.
