2 months later, ChargePoint finally got around to fixing my local Lvl-3. 👏🏻 How many times has your charging plan been interrupted by down stations? As people ask for more chargers in the ground, we need to keep the cart behind the horse. Before I purchased my EV, I planned where I could charge and was so happy when I saw a 200kW station just 5 minutes away! But EV reality quickly kicked in right when I pulled up and the station was broken (even though the app showed it as available). For me, with 5+ years EVSE experience, I have a higher tolerance for EV issue because I understand the pain points of our industry. But for a newly converted EV enthusiast, this could have set them on a bad path as they start their EV journey. What do you hope to see addressed this year by EVSE companies?
