Schedule a weekly time to meet with the one Hiring manager, a telephone call is often all that is needed. Clarify requirements weekly. Ask if there has been changes-big or small. Communicate any updates as far as feedback (from potential applicants or actual applicants) Remember to ask if anyone else has been added to the hiring process (decision makers). Celebrate wins!
