MCSA | MCSE | Let data work for you and your organization by using Fabric, BI and Predictive Analytics
What a journey this has been! Fabric is already over a year 'old', in GA since November '23, but so far I only had the chance to play around with it and read (a lot) about it. Until 2 months ago that was, I got the chance to work with Fabric with the goal of migrating to a fully fledged production ready Fabric environment. No more playing around. Even though I already passed for DP-500, this certification journey and Fabric itself was a new feat. Every element looks and feels familiar, but works different than you'd expect. Most of the time elements have a similar name to what you already know, but are still called different. This makes discussions a fun exercise, yet tedious to constantly remind eachother of the proper names so everyone is on the same page. I can't remember getting this many questions on a Microsoft exam, and only barely making it on time. So be prepared! I passed, learned a lot, but still far from done learning! #keeplearning #microsoft #fabric #getcertified

Crafting a great opening hook is like revving a powerful engine. Get the reader’s attention by signalling that you’ve got serious horsepower and have plenty of fuel in the tank. Remember that Microsoft Awards judges will be reading hundreds of entries and will be looking for reasons to throw yours out at first glance. Don’t give them the chance. Right in the opening, capture all the highlights of your submission. If the judges can sense you mean business, then you’re in the race! What’s your story’s vroom-vroom? #Microsoft #MicrosoftPartners #MSInspire

Mentors, heroes, villains. They’re not just for Lord of the Rings. Your Microsoft Awards submission will be compelling if you can populate it with three key characters: The mentor is your company. It imparts the wisdom needed to save the day. The hero is your customer. Customers take on challenges with courage, and with guidance from a mentor. Villains stand between heroes and their goals. Is the villain a pain point? The competition? A budget constraint? Find your Gandalf, your Frodo, your Sauron, and you have the makings of a great Microsoft Award submission! #Microsoft #MSpartners #PartnerOfTheYear #B2BMarketing
