If milk gets bad, it becomes yoghurt. Yoghurt is more valuable than milk. If it gets even worse, it turns to cheese. Cheese is more valuable than both yoghurt and milk. And if grape juice turns sour, it transforms into wine, which is even more expensive than grape juice. You are not bad because you made mistakes. Mistakes are the experiences that make you more valuable as a person. Christopher Columbus made a navigational error that made him discover America. Alexander Fleming’s mistake led him to invent Penicillin. Don’t let your mistakes get you down. It is not practice that makes perfect. It is mistakes we learn from that makes perfect! Don't be scared of mistakes more bigger steps ahead just keep going #Music #MusicDirector #Pianist #Keyboardist #Musician

I wrote this in 2010. I still am bored by my own, and many others' bios! My bio has changed since 2010, thankfully, however I am halfway serious when I contemplate just replacing the whole thing with: "Violinist Holly Mulcahy has a favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe. That is all you need and here is the recipe..... 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon salt ½ cup butter ½ cup white sugar ⅓ cup packed brown sugar ½ cup peanut butter 1 large egg ½ teaspoon vanilla extract ½ cup rolled oats 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1. Gather all ingredients. 2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease two cookie sheets. 3. Stir flour, baking soda, and salt together in a small bowl. 4. Beat butter, white sugar, and brown sugar together in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. 5. Stir in peanut butter, egg, and vanilla until well blended. 6. Mix in flour mixture until just moistened. Stir in chocolate chips and oats until evenly distributed. 7. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto the prepared baking sheets. 8. Bake in the preheated oven until the edges start to brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on cookie sheets for about 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely. 9. Enjoy!

Can Music Make Your Food Taste Better? 🎶🍽️ A recent article from Atlas Obscura explores the fascinating concept of "sonic seasoning"—the idea that music can enhance the taste of food. Historical examples include medieval chefs hiding singing birds in pies and modern experiments where music is used to enhance specific flavors in dishes. Key Points: 🎵 Music can affect food taste and dining experience. 🎵 Different musical instruments and pitches are associated with various tastes (e.g., high pitches with sweet and sour, low pitches with bitter and umami). 🎵 Companies like Barilla are experimenting with music to enhance the enjoyment of their pasta dishes. This clip stopped me in my scroll. A man is served his pizza in a nice but not fancy Italian restaurant. Without warning or introduction, he begins belting Verdi's "La donna è mobile" from Rigoletto. The restaurant is instantly transformed. Forks were held mid-bite. Conversations halted. A waiter froze, his pitcher tilted above a glass. The entire restaurant was suspended in time. It turns out the man is Germany's Got Talent winner, and professionally trained opera singer, Ricardo Marinello. Apparently this is Ricardo’s shtick. He eats at Italian restaurants around the world and suddenly starts singing opera. But here's what fascinated me: If it was anything but music, an interruption during dinner would be met with annoyance. Imagine a juggler or magician during apps. A mime or comedian over soup. You'd probably ask for the check. But music? Music gets a free pass. It doesn't need permission to electrify an atmosphere. It simply does. It delights by transforming strangers into audience members, and a routine Tuesday dinner into an unforgettable experience. Only music can turn an interruption into an invitation. This is the power of music. This is why I love working in the music industry so much. #CreativeStrategy #CustomerExperience

Here are 5 reasons why I loved editing the Gigi x Ether Collab video: 1. The Chefs @chef_beenz @chefbakhtiani have such different personalities, making it fun to cut between them and create a unified message. 2. I binged Emily in Paris and had to take some edit inspiration from it. Check out the opening of S4E8 to see what I mean! 3. The gourmet desserts let me use some elegant violin music. 4. So many bloopers! They helped me not only end the video on a fun note but also introduce Chef Bhaktiyani in his true self. 5. It’s always fun to edit for Chrome Hospitality. @chromehospitality

Saw this while in the drive thru line for Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers. Not very #OG of Mr. Ice T, but highly effective. Yes, I bought the iced tea from Ice T. How could I not buy it? It was damn good. As it always is. Nicely done, Raising Cain’s! I will surely stop by again. For the chicken fingers *AND* the iced tea. Music by: Ice T, “O.G. Original Gangster.” 1991. #IceT #OG #ProductMarketing
