Last weekend, I had the chance to appear on WFAA "Saturday Daybreak" to talk about National Prevention Week and the opening of Symetria Recovery's new state-of-the-art rehab clinic in Arlington. As a parent of school-age children, Prevention is a topic that hits home – especially in light of a recent fatal overdose suffered by a student who attended our local high school in Coppell. While stories like this are truly heartbreaking, I am grateful for any opportunity to spread awareness on Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery.
