Being a sports enthusiast, previously i went during college for keeping 'match-fit', tenpin bowling in particular will certainly go for play whenever got internal duels, with the last one for represent uitm induk for masum 2013. This on top with juggling with studies (which i very much tried and failed, repeat papers galore lol) When i started working, i seldom have time to do bowling, and the bowling ball very much aged and need to dispose. Entering 30s, especially last year was tough. Being in and out of hospitals every month to have check on my mental wellbeing. When the psy asking 'u main bowling before, why not u try it now?' thats when, besides bowling, i played ball, and occasionally using the treadmill. Badminton, ermm, lets only be known i only knew 'pukul-pukul shuttle balas rally' it felt better, the mental health, i felt a bit more calm. Bowling in particular, needs calm and focus to deliver, release the bowling ball, and to get the targeted angle for strike. This may work for me, but to some of us having issues relating to mental health, why not you try doing the physical activities? Or even play games, though i strongly suggest to do physical exertion. Ok jom main bowling, i got free games to spare a few. tmrw last day to use haiyaa #mentalhealthmatters #bowling
