In a survey of staffing leaders and recruiters — created in partnership between ClearEdge and Staffing Hub — we dug into the data to see how they’re operating. One finding I thought was interesting was about referral programs. 81% of companies said they have a referral program, and healthcare staffing firms are most likely to have these programs. When it comes to finding new candidates, referrals are the most recommended source amongst these respondents. That makes sense and more companies should be pulling that lever.
