As we continue to expand and bring new talent on board, I have considered what attributes contribute to the success of our team. I have found that one common thread at Scantec is a genuine passion and care for the work we do. It is this dedication that sets our team apart and drives us towards achieving our goals. But when it comes to recruitment, how can we measure this quality in potential candidates? 🌟 In my experience, measuring a candidate's level of care and passion for their work can often be revealed through their previous accomplishments and the level of detail and enthusiasm they exhibit when discussing their work. Additionally, assessing a candidate's commitment to continued learning, growth, and improvement can help gauge their level of dedication. At Scantec, we look for individuals who are not only skilled in their field but also possess a genuine interest in what they do, as this ultimately contributes to the overall success and positive work environment of our team. Liam and I were discussing what we wanted to cover for our talk together. Landing pages? Sure. Website strategy? K. Demand gen? I guess. But the common denominator that Graceanne, Liam and I have in common - all 3 of us were in-house for majority of our careers AND we’ve set up our businesses according to those in-house pains. Need years of expertise but not the price tag? Heck yeah. Can’t get approval on long-term contracts? Okay, I won’t hold you to any. Need the strategy but also teach the teams? Bet.
