On Friday, I worked with my team until 1:00 PM, then left for a pre-scheduled heart surgery at the hospital at 1:30 PM. By 4:30 PM, I was under anesthesia for the procedure. I spent Saturday recovering in the hospital and was discharged on Sunday morning. Today, I'm back at work with my incredible team, ready to continue our journey of making a positive impact. My team was surprised by my quick return, but leading by example is essential for maintaining credibility as a leader. Life is full of challenges, but embracing them and persevering is what keeps us moving forward. Let's tackle whatever comes our way and keep striving for greatness.
