I was honored to represent Synopsys Inc at the very successful IEEE NSREC conference, together with my colleagues Jeff Wetch, Jason S. Ayubi-Moak and Khalid Khan, to discuss #radiationeffects modeling and avionics solutions for #radhard environments. It was heartwarming to present a keynote on a topic I am very passionate about - “#RAS Challenges for Spaceborne Computing”. We also highlighted #functionalsafety requirements for this domain, and the growing need for predictive maintenance with #SiliconLifecycleManagement. Sincere thanks and much gratitude to General Chair Dr. Heather Quinn and Techical Chair William H. Robinson for the gracious invitation and opportunity. I was thrilled to meet with close colleagues, friends and industry experts in the field of #SingleEventEffects - Ken LaBel, Maillard Pierre and several others. The IEEE Women in Engineering luncheon was emotional and motivating. I loved the inspiring talk by Dr. Heather Quinn, 2022 #IEEE WIE International Leadership Conference Chair, who passed on the torch to me for leading ILC next year. I look forward to this important mission for improving #diversity and #inclusion in computing. Congratulations to all the #NSREC2024 organizers for an excellent conference!
