We've solved for deliverability finally. (kinda) We've started to notice that if your offer is not getting 2-3 positive replies for every 150-200 emails - their performance/health is going to start declining in 4-6 weeks. Problem is most offers are not that good - so you're bound to burn your inboxes eventually. We noticed setting up new domains every time does not make sense if you're going to replace them every single month. Here's what we've been doing( & what's working): 1. For context: we setup 3 inboxes/domain for our clients, and we have 1 master inbox which stores all replies from all the inboxes.( client level) 2. Every 4 weeks we do a full blown deliverability test across inboxes, if we see more than 30% decline in reply rates in the same industry with the same copy - we replace all the inboxes(not domains) 3. Just setup new users on the domain and delete the old ones. Make sure you don't delete the master inbox, if you do you'll lose track of all the convos you've had prior. 4. Warm these inboxes for 14 days and get your outreach back up again. Meantime you can email existing leads with the new inboxes stating you've changed you're email to make sure they don't email the old inboxes. This does not add any extra infra cost + you get all the perks of a healthy inbox
