The Tecan Fluent is a flexible and efficient liquid handler with a modular and versatile design, making it a fan favorite for genomics and drug discovery. A popular device for RoboColumn purification, the Fluent can accelerate your experimentation with click-to-run automation using Synthace for faster, more efficient purification workflows. Nathan Hardingham walks us through how to automate your Tecan Fluent using Synthace: 1. Create your workflow in Synthace. Choose the Fluent as your execution mode and select the deck configuration that matches your current setup. 2. Simulate your workflow. Synthace translates the information from your workflow and generates automation instructions fro your Fluent. 3. Execute your workflow. Click schedule to send the automation instructions to your Fluent. Open up Synthace Hub on your computer to set up your Fluent deck and set up your Fluent to match. Press play to toggle the device plugin window and click start. Your Fluent will kick into action. In this example, picking up disposable tips, aspirating the input liquid, and dispensing onto the output plate.
