Would or should this be another use for AI Avatars? 🤔 This hypothetical example is from an actual bus stop in London, UK. The friendly avatar helps notifying passengers about the arriving buses and shares other useful and relevant information about traffic near you. This use case got a lot of attention on TikTok recently, but what do you guys think? 👀

Team Synthesia, It`s high time you guys start talking to organizations for use of the Avatar for commercial purpose. The future of Growth is here !!

An ineresting way to make money by such displays could be to enable use of avatars of aspiring models, who may want to increase their visibility and pay for it. That is besides ads, for which on the other side we can also have companies who may want to hire those models, e.g. apparel manufacturers. Additionally, the ads may be entirely generated. e.g. select a dress, a model, a background, and you are done. If required add more to the ad.

Nice, I too wrote about it a few posts back, I guess, with an example of a bank and retail stores. It can also be interactive. Indoor applications market could be much bigger and easier to handle. Outdoor use of screens could pose its own hallenges.

It would certainly help make this information more accessible.

Here's some fun what ifs: - What if the avatar was using sign language? (Not sure why audio only wouldn't suffice in this use case.) - What if the avatar was an old timey character in black and white who would be asleep and woke up to make announcements, then fell back asleep in between announcements. - Another avatar could be a statue or someone holding a clock. When it's time for an announcement, the statue comes to life, then goes back to statue form.

Really gives the announcement a human touch with this!! Plus, passengers would be more likely to pay attention to an avatar, than a faceless voice. Don't see why this won't work.

I envision taking Synthesia's upcoming interactive features one step further by creating a travel assistant for major locations! This assistant could help users find destinations, manage transfers, and provide estimated wait and travel times for public transit systems. By incorporating QR codes at ALL stops, you could reduce costs ($ Monitor, mic & speaker) and allow customers to interact seamlessly anywhere from a mobile phone or computer. 🚍✈️🗺️ Imagine the convenience and efficiency this would bring to travelers everywhere. What are your thoughts on this potential application?

It's amazing the first time, but it starts to get annoying after the third loop

As much as I love what you're doing, this is not it. Imagine the UX disaster following this. Some may want to hear her while others don't. It will be a loud hustling buzzing city, so she would have to be VERY LOUD to be heard. That would be problematic for some once again. I am not convinced this is a good use case.

Digital Signage with sound, i like it! Could be a nice integration with a display that plays advertisements.
