Honoured to have been asked to support this much needed and critical initiative. As we know, in spite of some progress, there is still significant work to do to get the right levels of representation across the FTSE350 community, so that we can create better business outcomes and increase performance. Across my career I have seen the changes that happen when you bring different and divergent voices to the Leadership table and the ensuing results and hope to see more of this across the FTSE community. Today we welcome Syreeta Brown, Chartered FCIPD, Group Chief People and Communications Officer at Virgin Money, as our Vice Chair. As Vice Chair, Syreeta will work closely with our Chair, Sir Trevor Phillips and CEO Richard DeNetto to lead and develop the campaign and to build relationships with our FTSE350 CEO and CPO community.
