Yesterday was our second catch-up meeting of the year with the EUPATI National Platforms #ENPs 🚀✨ What was discussed during our latest catch-up session? ✅ ENP updates: We dived into the latest developments and processes within our network. ✅ EUPATI Secretariat Updates: Had an overview of what is happening at the central level, from the DIA2024 conference (EUPATI/EMA session) to recent events like PEOF2024 and AGM planning for September 2024. ✅ HTA4Patients Updates: We gave a progress update on the latest HTA Regulation course, the selected languages for translation of content, the translation process, timeline, and the latest on our Open Classroom website. ✅ Open group discussions on potential ENP Expansion as well as shaping our AGM ENP Networking Day on September 27, sharing our views and ideas on the topics. Our ENPs meet virtually four times a year to connect and discuss topics vital to their local structure. Here’s a quick recap of the five-day experience: 🔹 Day 1: Panel Discussion. Engaged in valuable discussions with experts on various policy-related topics. 🔹 Day 2: Intro Recap and Policy Structure. Recapped the introductory concepts and explored the structure behind effective policy-making. 🔹 Day 3: Position Paper. Learned the essentials of drafting compelling position papers, a key tool in influencing policy decisions. 🔹 Day 4: Policy Papers & Resolution. Focused on drafting detailed policy papers and understanding the process of resolution creation. 🔹 Day 5: Model Simulation. Concluded with a practical simulation of policy-making, applying everything we learned throughout the camp. Great thanks to EPSF - Egyptian Pharmaceutical Students' Federation for this great opportunity. This experience has truly broadened my perspective on policy development and implementation. Eur Comparability of alternative analytical procedures (5.27) 💠Foreword💠 A new general chapter on #Comparability of #alternativeanalyticalprocedures (5.27) has been published in Supplement 11.5 of the #EuropeanPharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur.) in January 2024. ‼️While this text does not introduce any new #requirements, it does provide valuable information on how users wishing to employ an alternative analytical procedure can demonstrate its comparability to the pharmacopoeial procedure (Ph. Eur. General Notices section 1.1.2.5: “… alternative analytical procedures may be used for control purposes, provided that they enable an unequivocal decision to be made as to whether compliance with the standards of the monographs would be achieved if the official procedures were used.”). 💠TRAINING MATERIALS 💠 The webinar below, describes the comparability process clearly, breaking it down into individual steps and listing the prerequisites for the comparability study.
