Military experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will plan, coordinate, and conduct independent cost analysis for the assigned program ensuring technical appropriateness, soundness, and accurate interpretation of results with regard to cost and budget. The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated ability to perform calculations and forecast future costs of systems, projects, and programs is a must. Experience in lifecycle cost estimation and budgeting is required. Secret or higher DoD security clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance is necessary.
