Attention all program management professionals! We're seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the execution of the STORM Programmatic Contract for S3. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personnel, coordinating contract scope with subcontractors and team members, interfacing with PMO management and the Contracting Officers Representative, and developing budgets and analysis associated with contract execution and limitations. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree and 25 years of relevant experience or a Master's Degree and 23 years of experience, as well as 5 years of hands-on senior-level experience in one or more functional areas of DoD/service systems program management and integration office. Additionally, you should have 6 years of experience working in a project office, user organization, or command/operations group directly related to weapon system development and integration and supporting strategic planning for a project office or government organization. You should also have 4 years of experience developing the staffing requirements for a DoD project office or organization and assessing performance of government, military, or contractor personnel, as well as a Secret or higher DoD security clearance.
