Did you know that handling everything yourself could be hindering your business growth? A common trap for many business owners and entrepreneurs is being buried in the daily grind and handling every little detail themselves. You might think that it’s a way to ensure everything is running smoothly and people are doing things right, but it’s also a surefire recipe for burnout and stagnation. The more you work "in" your business, the less you get to work "on" it. In other words, you’re too busy rearranging the deck chairs instead of steering the ship to its destination as its captain. 🚢 Here’s a game-changing strategy to break free from that trap: ✅ Delegate smartly: Empower team members to handle specific tasks, freeing up your time for strategic decisions. ✅ Build robust systems: Document processes to ensure everything runs smoothly, even when you're not directly involved. ✅ Appoint a “Systems Champion”: This key team member focuses on learning, documenting, and optimizing processes, making your business more efficient. Stepping back from the daily operations isn't easy, but you’ll want to do it for sustainable growth. Trust the process, invest in the right people, and watch your business thrive. David Jenyns, who has been through this exact journey, shares invaluable insights and real-life examples in this video. Watch it now:

You will never grow your business if you’re comfortable with where you are right now. I get it—you’ve set goals like hitting $10K, $20K, or $30K a month. But let’s be honest: deep down, you’re okay with what you’re currently making, even if it’s close to nothing. That’s why you’re not making the moves you need to. Your comfort is killing your growth. You’re not lazy. You’ve got ambition. But comfort makes you settle. It’s why you’re hesitant to invest in the tools, resources, or strategies that could take your business to the next level. You’ve built a routine around what feels safe, but safety doesn’t breed growth. The truth is, scaling a business means stepping into discomfort—whether it’s investing in systems, getting out in front of your audience, or betting on yourself. If you want to hit those revenue goals, it starts with moving beyond your comfort zone. The results you want are on the other side of the actions you’re avoiding. Take that step today. Your business—and future self—will thank you. P.S. We help coaches, consultants & creators get 3-30 qualified calls or clients every month. If you’d like to know how we can do this for you, Message “Scale” We’ll handle everything (100% Done-For-You).

𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 $𝟑𝟔𝐊 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐞-𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲– ever wondered how your skills could be the key to transforming not just your success, but someone else's too? Dive into this story of unexpected possibilities and the power your talents hold in reshaping business narratives! 🔥💰💡 While having a profound conversation about business ideas with one of my clients, who runs a 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲, she expressed concern about not getting enough work lately. Curious about her progress, I discovered she had made $36K in cash profit over the past 6 months. Acknowledging her achievement, I posed a question: 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲? Imagine teaching other business owners how to replicate your method and make $36K cash profit. It was apparent she hadn't thought about it. I pointed out the potential: charging $2K per client, even if she only attracted 10 potential clients in the next 6 months, she could earn an extra $20K. The realization hit her, and she saw the opportunity to not only make money but also impact others by sharing her knowledge. This experience served as an epiphany for her. She had never considered leveraging her skills in this way. 𝐈'𝐦 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐭. The moral of the story is never underestimate your skills; they can revolutionize someone else's business strategy. Utilize your abilities to solve problems and make a positive impact. 🔥💼💡

🌟 Before You Let Your Eyes Wander to the Next Best Thing... (aka chasing shiny object syndrome) Ask yourself, what can I do differently? If you’re wondering whether a new opportunity will help you earn more money and give you the freedom you crave so badly, consider this: Many entrepreneurs are working over 60 hours a week (SBA). 70% of small business owners still earn less than $50,000 a year (Fundera). The constant chase for the next solution, the endless grind, and the juggling of multiple responsibilities often lead to burnout and frustration. But it doesn’t have to be this way. Imagine working fewer hours and earning more revenue by making strategic changes to your current approach. It’s possible, and I can help you achieve it. Example: My client Sarah went from spinning her wheels, having sleepless nights, and wondering where her next client was coming from to a thriving, balanced business with predictable income. She went from working more than 40 hours to 15 hours per week. Now, she has enough time to spend with her family and the opportunity to take them on vacation. This is what we did: - Eliminated Time Wasters: Cut out unproductive activities. Say goodbye to overhyped habits. - Streamlined Action Plan: Created a simple, effective plan. No more 100+ page instruction templates or 4+ hour videos. - Optimized Client Acquisition: Improved methods to attract clients. Make it easy to find your customer in an ocean of dead fish. - Enhanced Time Management: Focused on high-impact tasks. - Leveraged Automation: Used tools to handle repetitive tasks. They do the work for you—zero employees needed! And you’ll end up with a high profit margin! Who doesn’t want that? Book a Strategy Call and let’s uncover the path to a balanced and profitable business. Don’t let the allure of the next big thing distract you from what you can accomplish right now. #Entrepreneurship #BusinessGrowth #WorkLifeBalance #SmallBusiness #BusinessStrategy #Productivity #TimeManagement #SuccessMindset #EntrepreneurLife #BusinessTips #sales

99% of the time, we invest our time into things that are working for our businesses. I am here to tell you that is not what a smart business does. In business, you look at what is working and what’s not working. The plot twist is not knowing anything, why do you run on such risks? I remember when a young lad wrote about things not working for the business. I asked “what is the problem?”, and he said “sales”. I laughed. What activity are you currently on , and it’s not working? He said “I don’t know “. Why do you not know? How do you get rid of the problem, when you do not even know where it’s coming from? And that is the same problem you’re facing. You’re too quick to blame everyone who ever taught you but yourself. This is a “Negligence “ problem, and it’s a big problem in the business world. You neglect the tiniest things that could add to your profitability. What didn’t work? And you can’t tell. Because you run the business on presumption and emotion, no sight of analytics. If you noticed, I stopped some contents because it wasn’t giving the results I mapped out. If you are wondering, everything I write is deliberate, even the tr0ubles I seek. That’s off the charts. You! Tomorrow is Monday, and I bet you have no plans for tomorrow, just your products and you. Wrong way of running a business. Again, what is not working for your business and why is it not working? Learn to track your performance, please. See you tomorrow! Business starts again Fellas. Dorcas Samuell Founder, BABBZ

My fellow business owners...I have a small piece of advice for you today: 𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗮𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗝𝗼𝗯, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗪𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 If you run a healthy business, you likely have a long-term strategy. 🔶 You know what the end goal is. 🔶 You think about the business as a whole, rather than focusing on simply the day-to-day tasks. We’ve all heard the old adage: Work 𝙤𝙣 your business, not 𝙞𝙣 your business. That’s because if you’re working in your business all the time, you’ve only created a job for yourself. For many, the ultimate goal is to build systems and develop people to slowly work yourself out of the role you have and allow the business to run on its own. The sooner you shift your mindset to this way of thinking, the sooner you can begin to experience the results. Shifting your mindset is difficult because you probably didn’t start your business that way. Many business owners don’t, and that’s OK while you’re getting things up and running. But it’s important to remember that what got you started won't get you to the next level and won't build the wealth needed to successfully exit the business when the time is right.

High-Risk Business? Save $1000s on processing fees and avoid holds or sudden terminations. I’ve done it for 1000+ businesses and can do it for yours too. DM me to find out how.
You think you're building a business, but… You’re creating a 24/7 job you hate. (And it’s time to break free.) I'll keep it real with you: If your business can’t run without you, then you don’t own a business—you own a prison. I know this because I 𝘸𝘢𝘴 that person. I thought I had to do everything myself: • From meetings to sales to operations, • even choosing the coffee beans for the office. My ‘business’ was running me into the ground... And the worst part? I convinced myself this was what success looked like. Here’s how I broke free from this cycle: 1️⃣ 𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝗴𝗼 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹. Realize and accept you can’t do it all. If you’re micromanaging, you’re suffocating growth. 2️⃣ 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲. Stop getting stuck in the weeds. Your job is to steer the ship, not row the boat. 3️⃣ 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳. A business that only works when you’re working isn’t a business—it’s a job. Build systems that give you space. When I practiced these three things, I stopped being the bottleneck of my business. I got my life back, and my business grew 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘮𝘦 having to control every detail. Who would've thought? So, if you want to actually 𝘦𝘯𝘫𝘰𝘺 your business... It’s time to let go of the reins a bit. P.S. Are you running your business, or is it running you?

How NOT to Run Your Company: In every entrepreneur's journey, understanding what NOT to do is just as crucial as knowing the best practices. I recently delved into some enlightening lessons on common business pitfalls and strategies for steering clear of them. Key Insights: 1) Avoid Complacency: Staying dynamic and responsive to market changes is vital. Complacency can lead to missed opportunities and stagnation. 2) Embrace Transparency: Clear communication within your team and with your stakeholders builds trust and aids in smoother operation. 3) Financial Prudence: Keep a close eye on your cash flow and expenses. Overextension without proper planning can be fatal. 4) Customer-Centric Approach: Always align your business strategies around the needs and feedback of your customers. They are the cornerstone of your growth and sustainability. 5) Adapt and Overcome: Flexibility in strategy and execution allows your business to navigate through challenges more effectively.
