ATTENTION INDUSTRY!!! In the military, Warrant Officers play a critical role in technical expertise, leadership, and operational effectiveness within their respective armed forces. They will be the ones who challenge prevailing opinion for the sake of debate and intellectual exploration, to break the status quo mold and nurture growth.

To understand the rank of Fleet Admiral, one needs to consider the context of World War II. The United States was working alongside Allies who had higher ranks like Field Marshals and Fleet Admirals, which were superior to American ranks. To ensure American senior officers were not outranked, the United States established the ranks of Fleet Admiral and General of the Army, both five-star ranks. In total, nine men held these ranks. For the Navy, they were Nimitz, Halsey, King, and Leahy. In the Army, the five-star generals were Arnold, Eisenhower, Marshall, MacArthur, and Bradley.

🇺🇸 From the battlefield to the boardroom, these distinguished individuals are pursuing a new mission. Yesterday, I had the honor of discussing the U.S. military veteran’s journey from the military sector to the civilian sector with Joshua Galle, SHRM-SCP and Bill Reed, two veterans who've navigated these waters. The occasional stigma surrounding veterans in the civilian workforce is unfortunate; and  unwarranted. 🌟 Veterans bring unparalleled qualities to the table – resilience, leadership, and a mission-focused mindset. This is an exciting honor for Top Line! It's also one that highlights just how much exceptional talent our veterans bring to the workforce as employees and entrepreneurs. The numbers speak for themselves! Top Line was recognized as # 290 on the 2023 Inc 5000 list that includes all high growth private companies (top 6% of that peer group). When that same list is trimmed to the #VET100 to rank the top 100 veteran owned businesses, we finished at # 30 (only top 30% in that peer group). But I shouldn't be surprised!
