https://lnkd.in/gNpnUxSe Interesting, do current travel team members make anything close to $100k? If not, you are clearly being taken advantage of, like I was. I made maybe $55k when I left that team, and that was after around six years of traveling. I started traveling making around $32k, despite working more than a few 70 hour work weeks. If you are on the travel team, and you make nowhere near this advertised $100k, you may want to talk to your supervisor or management as I believe you are being taken advantage of. Infrastructure guys, who in my opinion have been demoted to Help Desk, how does your pay stack up compared to this? Especially for those that had been with the company for years. If my memory is correct, a travel team member told me that management didn’t think that team consisted of hard workers. $100k is a lot to offer to team members that aren’t seen as hard working. Don’t get me wrong, I was applauded when I was told that due to what I went through.

bossassistants.com 💻 | Make an Administrative Hire that Lasts | Private Investments | Always caffeinated ☕
Out of 17,000 contracting and construction companies across Canada, only 5,000 of those business are making over $1M in revenue... I think one reason for this could be that many owners are working in their business, which is usually on site where the action is 😄 . With a trained front-end virtual receptionist, they can reduce their risk of slow response times that cause lost opportunities when leads call or email. Not following up on quotes in a timely manner means potential clients may go elsewhere. There may also be slow invoicing which can strain cash flow. Late or non-payment of invoices happens frequently when someone isn't following up. We've alleviated these revenue leaks for a few of our clients already. #revenueoptimization #virtualassistant #construction

Assistant Manager- Admin(Factory Admin)| Motivator| Knowledgeable in the feild of H.R & Admin| Love Travelling|Found of Paintings
Happy Administrative Professional Day! Good morning everyone, First and foremost, I want to extend a very warm Happy Admin Professional Day to all our amazing administrative staff! Before joining this field, I, perhaps many others, held a rather limited view of administration. It seemed confined to the office – receptionists, secretaries – a purely "back office" function, lacking responsibility and stress. However, my perspective has completely shifted within just a few short weeks as a TA Specialist in Admin and Operations. I've come to understand the true depth and importance of the administration department. As a business student, I was particularly surprised to see that a research (from Capetown Business Research), it stated that administration is like an ATC (Air Traffic Control) of company. Think about it. While ATC ensures the smooth and safe operation of air traffic, the administration department plays a similar, but broader, role. They are the unseen force that keeps our entire organization running smoothly and efficiently, as stated by Capetown Business Research. From managing schedules and budgets to coordinating with various departments and handling a constant flow of data, the responsibilities they shoulder are immense. They face constant deadlines, demanding accuracy with every task. Without their tireless efforts, the entire system would struggle to function. The myth of administration as simply "backend" work is demonstrably false. Yes, some tasks may fall into that category, but the bigger picture reveals a department that is vital to our success. So, today, let's give a huge round of applause and kudos to all administrative staff – the assistants, executives, secretaries, managers, and everyone else who keeps our organization beating! #Happy #AdminProffesional #day #2024 #rockadmin's. Warm Regards Aditya B. Raghav (TA Specialist - Admin & OPS) 😇
