T-Mobile I am begging for help. I have been a customer for 17 years. I have been lied to and given broken promises by your customer service team for the 4 months about a new device. They have admitted the error, but say they do not have the access to override it. They gave me a P.O. Box to write a letter to. Can I please speak to a senior manager.

The T-Mobile stores in the Toledo Ohio smell like Marijuana, they have no phones or watches, they set me up on a plan and assured me the cost difference would be minimal. To my surprise it went up over $60 a month. I was on a grandfather plan that was dirt cheap. I get my 1st statement call and was told we cannot get our phones back and their "fair" market trade is bullshit. 15 yrs, SMH Their customer service has tanked! Looks like I'll be shopping around.....

T Mobile has made all this money and haven’t given us raises in five years until now which is only $1 for my district, they also have an employee assistance programs for emergencies so remember they made all this money but told an employee of five years they won’t give me the assistance they offer bc they don’t want to. I’m in Ohio and we’re about to go through another freezing weather week and my furnance went out and my home isn’t livable at the moment so I’ve been sleeping in my car and hotels for now going on 2 months that’s the type of company this is but let’s brag how we make so much money but also don’t care to take care of our employees. And after speak with multiple people in the company who have received the assistance for similar or smaller situations now I’m seeing it’s a personal thing with them maybe because I’m black idk they don’t even have the decency to tell u why they are denying the claim
