This week we heard that UK and Ireland will be hosting the Euro football championships in 2028. Destinations wanting to measure the impact of that will only be able to do so if they really know what the picture looks like in the years preceding the event. T-Stats Solutions' unique software allows you to track and measure any indicators of relevance in your destination. Be it accommodation occupancy, high street footfall or public transport movements and more; if the data is recorded regularly, T-Stats can track it across time periods of your choice and against any other indicator in your system. Don’t wait until something needs to be tracked or measured for a specific purpose. If you get a system in place, the flow of data will be continuous and ongoing, and will always be there for when you need it. #destinationmanagement #datatracking #destinationdata

Thanks for all the feedback we've had since we exhibited at the Summit conference by Simpleview in Bristol last week. It was great to bring the South West Visitor Economy Hub to an even wider audience and talk about the potential the Hub has for allowing the tourism sector to access such a rich amount of data.

The SWVEHub T-Stats system for our Devon and Somerset clients is really building into an impressive source of tourism data! Kevin Millington Jess Watkins Alison Burgh
Debit Card Expenditure data from Beauclair Ltd is now in the system and we couldn't help but do some quick analysis! For the year to date spend on Entertainment* (which includes Attractions and Experiences) is 4.5% up on the same period in 2023. However, this is broadly in-line with changes in the Consumer Price Index and so suggests things are fairly stagnant in this area. Visits to Attractions data for the South West shows that visitor numbers are around 4% down for the same period. If you’re an attractions provider in Devon or Somerset get signed up to contribute to and benefit from this insight and much more. The East Suffolk T-Stats Solutions system is shaping up nicely and we're really enjoying working with the team at East Suffolk Council and The Suffolk Coast DMO. The beauty of T-Stats is it's completely flexible and can change with your destination, as more data becomes available. Here's a quote from the client! "East Suffolk Council started using T-stats in February 2023 to develop the means by which to monitor the visitor economy, inform decision making, and support tourism development locally... T-Stats has proved invaluable in drawing together data from nationally and locally source trackers including weather information, room occupancy data, car parking, footfall, and events information to provide an unrivalled source of information for our businesses."
