T & T Roofing Limited’s Post

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 - 𝗟𝗲𝗱𝗯𝘂𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲, 𝗣𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗵𝗮𝗺 𝗦𝗘𝟭𝟱 We are pleased to announce that we have secured the roofing package for the first phase of the regeneration works at the renowned Ledbury Estate, located off Old Kent Road in South London. This significant project is scheduled to run until late 2025. Working in closely with the main contractor, we provided early-stage waterproofing over existing structures to deliver fully operational site compounds and welfare facilities. Our scope of works includes the installation of Bauder Flat Roofs Hot Melt roofing systems, featuring premium finishes such as green roofing, concrete paving, and a fully non-combustible system. Additionally, we have incorporated provisions for future access requirements by designing and installing a robust man-safe system, ensuring long-term safety and maintainability. We are proud to contribute to this landmark regeneration, which will deliver high-quality housing and enhanced community infrastructure, setting a new benchmark for developments in South London. #SouthLondon #Regeneration #Roofing #Bauder #Hotmelt #GreenRoofing #Construction Bauder Hrvatska 📩 office@tandtroofs.co.uk 🌍 www.tandtroofs.co.uk 📞 01223 655668 T & T Roofing Limited Terry Kay | Tommy Peebles | Rob Mercer | Amairah Razzaq
