SAP Reduces Commitment to OOSD In a briefing to T2RL on 13 August 2024 SAP confirmed that it will no longer offer a solution for Offer and Order Management. It stressed that it remains committed to serving the airline industry and will concentrate on its strengths in Customer Management and Financial Management, including Order Accounting and Settlement.  T2RL assesses what this means for the market in our First View analysis. For some reason I can’t download the report. But I assume SAP remains committed to NDC still..?

"At present the only vendors with a comprehensive OOSD solution announced to the market are Amadeus and Sabre. One of the most significant new entrants, FLYR, and one of the strong challengers, Accelya, are both specialists in the airline industry." Announced = but T2RL fails to mention, that there are OOSD solutions available already. Some of these even support backward compatibility with included legacy PSS scope.
