Following the global stocktaking, H.E Dennis Francis launched a Call to Action to the international community to: ↪️Deliver on extending access to electricity to over 600 million people currently without it. ↪️Provide clean cooking solutions to over 2 billion people who still rely on harmful fuels, to rapidly accelerate the transition to clean, renewable energy, in a just, orderly, and equitable manner. ↪️Dramatically scale up finance and investment for developing countries. ↪️Boost public-private partnerships, especially for technology transfer to the developing countries; in particular, Least Developed Countries, Landlocked Developing Countries and Small Island Developing States.
