Class: Holly Details & Registration: https://bit.ly/3ATnLEY Date: Tuesday | October 1, 2024 Class Duration: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm Fee: $35.00 Instructor: Diane Quirk, Stripology Certified Instructor Skill Level Required to Register: Very Confident Beginner - Intermediate Class Summary: This is one of my favorite quilts from the new book ”Stripology Quickies” and it was the first one I made after purchasing the book. In making this quilt, we’ll work on piecing skills to help you match those triangle points, work on block construction, then finish with some quilt assembly tips. Scrappy would be a great option for this quilt. Fabric requirements are listed as either half yards or fat quarters but, if you want to add even more variety, you could use fat eighths (9” x 21”) as well.

A demonstration of basic concepts for a 2 man element clearing a residential sized space. You can see deliberate and dynamic movement used when appropriate, given the manpower/mission/environment. We teach all our courses based on principles and with those 3 factors in mind, instead of teaching 1 doctrinal approach that is regurgitated or watered down from a specific unit. By teaching students the principles and then allowing them to problem solve, they develop their own SOPs and take ownership of the concepts, which creates a better learning environment for the adult mind, vs the classic “repeat what I’m doing” that you often see.
