The job market has been a rollercoaster over the past four years. It feels like it’s normalizing, but from where I sit, that normalization seems disproportionate depending on the role you’re seeking. There are a few roles we hire for that are consistently flooded with qualified applicants. I pulled some data to understand which of our positions have been the most competitive in 2024. Here’s what I found: 1️⃣ Customer Success Managers - if you’re seeking a role in this field, it has to be tough. Business Analyst Interview Experience for the position perfectly suited for my enthusiasm for remote work. Before joining Amazon, I had an amazing opportunity to interview for a BA role. Although I couldn't make it to the final rounds, the experience was enriching.
