The interest of employers is a quality and professional workforce in order to achieve better business results. In the previous period, the Union of Employers of Serbia tried to point out the need for quality education and training within Serbia, given that our country is developing, that new business arrangements are being opened and that the need for professional staff is rapidly emerging. India is a country with exceptional economic growth, which has quality education in the IT sector, pharmacy, healthcare, transport and construction, is one of the leaders of the BRICS countries, and it is very important for us that Serbia builds good business relations with India. The Indian-Serbian Chamber of Commerce works under the auspices and in cooperation with the Embassy of India. The goals are to connect employers and workers, knowledge and ideas, improve trade and contribute to the further development of our economies.
