When the average B2B buyer consumes 13 pieces of content before they make a buying decision, it's clear that the only way we're going to meet customers where they are is with a little help from AI. As I am 'sucker' for new tech, I also have an alert gen installed which always is on the quest, which tech will really influence our society in the future in a healthy way (must be the mother compass which was installed 11 years ago ;-). CES, one of the leading conferences around tech just happened in Vegas. And yes, we are up for a ride. As almost everything is possible, I am missing the solution to tackle the global health and well-being tsunami. One person who is ahead on this quest is Luis Gallardo, founder of the Happiness Foundation. Luis and many Chief Well-being Officers around the globe collected insights, frameworks and best practices to address this challenge in business and also cities. Luis triggered many controversial thoughts and solutions at our 2019 #FutureofLeadershipSalon and I am sure he will do again in our Satellite Series starting on January 30th virtually. As a leader we need to stay ahead and know what is happening. You might not need to travel to Vegas, but I deeply suggest: explore many articles or videos summarizing the trends. And even more, get into the conversation, get ready to hack your present sense making and co-create with other corporate leaders outside of your ecosystem.
