I don’t know how smart my business model is. But it’s the one that’s helping my clients the most. There are loads of LinkedIn experts who preach systems and secrets to “beating the algorithm”. They work on far more scalable models – that’s great for them, but it doesn’t solve the root problems for their clients. My work is a little different in that it’s grounded in the belief that success on LinkedIn isn't about outsmarting some code. What many business leaders need isn’t just “content” or “engagement”, but the confidence to go out there with their own voice and story altogether. My 1-2-1 coaching model isn’t the most scalable. I know that. But being the most helpful sometimes requires taking an approach that isn’t the most scalable. My clients and I are in it together. It's a partnership built on mutual respect – they bring their rich experiences, and I help turn them into compelling posts that their audience will connect with. And this partnership helps them build trust with their community, creating genuine relationships by telling their story in a way that resonates. We're not trying to "beat" the algorithm.
