We are very excited to share with you that Armstrong Monitoring has officially been acquired by Greystone Energy Systems, Inc. (a division of Bemsiq Group) effective December 11, 2024. Greystone Energy Systems is an established manufacturer of HVAC sensors and transmitters for Building Automation Management Systems headquartered in Moncton, NB. Greystone’s expertise in larger-scale manufacturing of sensing devices combined with Bemsiq’s strong position within the building automation filed device market more generally, make them an ideal partner to help Armstrong Monitoring to expand our reach into new vertical and geographical markets. Our staff and existing management team will remain in place, while Co-CEOs Rod Sprules, P.Eng. & Joanne Johnson will focus on supporting continued product development and will step back from their day-to-day involvement in the business. We expect that this partnership with Greystone and other companies in the Bemsiq portfolio will allow us to accelerate our development initiatives, expand our market presence, and bring a broader, more integrated value proposition to the market.

We have secured a 12-month contract with Vår Energi to deploy our digital twin, Kognitwin, on the Goliat asset in the Barents Sea. The collaboration aims to optimise asset performance, scheduling and execution to enhance efficiency in operations and maintenance.    The agreement builds on the initial proof of concept (POC) from early 2024. The collaboration has been valuable for both companies, fostering close cooperation and sharing best practices and industry knowledge.

**EQT Completes Acquisition of Equitrans Midstream** ===================================================== EQT Corporation has completed its acquisition of Equitrans Midstream Corporation, a leading midstream service provider in the Appalachian Basin. The deal was valued at approximately $7 billion, including the assumption of debt. The acquisition expands EQT's presence in the midstream sector, providing customers with a comprehensive suite of natural gas services. The combined company will operate approximately 12,000 miles of pipelines, 150 billion cubic feet of natural gas storage capacity, and 14 billion cubic feet per day of processing capacity.
