👏 Shadowing experience in TPA - Technological processes automation 💯 As a socially responsible company, we actively engage in initiatives that promote career guidance and support the growth of young people pursuing engineering. 👨💻 At the invitation of Tania Paškevičienė, Career Guidance Coordinator at the Panevėžys Regional Career Centre, we recently welcomed students to shadow a professional engineer. This opportunity allowed the students to interact directly with an engineer in a real working environment, observe their daily tasks, and learn about both the challenges and enjoyable aspects of the profession. 🎯 Two twelfth-graders from Panevėžys 5th Gymnasium visited us and expressed their delight with the experience. The sincere and friendly communication between the entire team proved to be very valuable for these young individuals. Our best engineers shared insights about selecting a profession, discussed their studies, and described their responsibilities in the engineering field. They recounted interesting moments from their careers and shared their experiences, including mistakes made along the way. The students had a great opportunity to ask questions and receive valuable advice from professionals. 🔋 Following the shadowing experience, the students expressed that the meeting further strengthened their determination to pursue their studies and enter the engineering profession. #TPA #social_responsibility #shadowing #Panevėžys_Regional_Career_Centre #Partnership

As i joined as a Trainee at aamra Pro Solutions and give IT support (almost 3month) as a IT Officer at Viyellatexgroup (Eco-couture) I Learned so many things. - Pressure management - Deal with versatile issues - People Management - Some technical Skills - Politely Say No if i don’t know or doing something. It’s not very often that a company can claim to have a wheelie-popping software engineer, but ETRMServices can. 🏍️ Today we’d like to introduce you to Shankhya Chatterjee, a graduate of our #ETRMUniversity program, who not only shows his talents in his work and on the motorcycle, he's also a powerhouse in the gym! 💪 For our #MeettheTeam series we interviewed Shankhya, who has been working for ETRMServices, first as ETRM-U trainee and now as software engineer, for nearly 3 years. 1️⃣ What’s been your favorite experience at ETRMServices so far? Shankhya: I love that we are always on the lookout for new technology and how to enhance existing one. I really have a thing for keeping everything up to date. 2️⃣ What drove you into this field? Pure coincidence and luck. I happily decided to stick with it. 3️⃣ How would you describe what you do to your grandparents? Well, I would say that I make systems that get the job done for people across the globe swiftly and efficiently. 4️⃣ What do you like most about working for ETRMServices? You work with clients from all over the world, like Ireland and the Netherlands. The amount of exposure to knowledge and different perspectives you get is mind-blowing. 5️⃣ What gets you out of bed in the morning? The ambition to learn new things and keep on learning. 6️⃣ What advice would you give a candidate who wants a job at ETRM? For the technical guys I would say, keep your business foundations strong. Formulas in business change over time, but if you have the foundations you can do anything. 7️⃣ What is your hidden talent? I know how to pop a wheelie on a motorcycle. From apprentice to team lead. 🙌🏼  What does this career path look like at SÜSS MicroTec?  Nico Brenneke knows first-hand.   Since starting in 2013, he has constantly developed and mastered new challenges. In this interview, he reveals what motivates him and gives an insight into his career and the special moments of his journey. 1️⃣ 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 SÜSS MicroTec? “I started my apprenticeship September 1, 2013. What was exciting about it? I applied to several companies and got the first acceptance from SÜSS MicroTec. When other offers came in later, I decided to join SÜSS MicroTec out of conviction.” 2️⃣ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝗮𝘁 SÜSS MicroTec? “After my apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic, I started in component assembly in production.” 3️⃣ 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽? “ In the beginning, I worked in production, but due to the frequent contact with service, I quickly discovered my passion for it. In 2019, I switched to technical customer support for our mask aligners and have been working as Team Lead Field Service Engineering ever since.” 4️⃣ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲? “No two days are the same.
