TAJCO has come a long way in terms of sustainability within a comparatively short period of time. For the past many years we've been good at focusing on what we could call the people aspect: human rights, code of conduct and work safety, which are all really important. But there's been less focus on environmental sustainability beyond what was legally required. I definitely see a change now. The mindset in TAJCO is shifting towards seeing opportunities in carbon emission reductions and working with customers to lower the environmental impact of our products as well as our manufacturing setup. I think these are really exciting times because we can see not only in TAJCO, but in the entire industry how things are finally beginning to move and how we put a positive pressure for change on each other and TAJCO. We are certainly open for dialogue and we're ready for the collaboration that will be needed to create a real impact.
