Position: Customer Support Review Agent (Remote) Location: Candidates from India, Bangladesh & Pakistan Job Type: Full-time Salary: Negotiable Weekends: Friday & Saturday Working Time: 7 PM to 3 AM About Us: We are a USA-based IT Firm dedicated to turning dreams into reality through the power of technology. Key Responsibilities: - Contact customers via phone, email, or chat to request reviews and feedback about their experience with our products and services. - Build rapport with customers and explain the importance of their feedback for the company. - Provide customers with detailed instructions on how to post reviews and share links to review platforms. - Follow up with customers to ensure they have successfully posted their reviews. - Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. - Address any customer concerns or questions related to posting reviews. - Collaborate with the marketing team to identify key areas for customer feedback and improvement. - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company. Qualifications: - Proven experience in customer support, telemarketing, or a similar role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers. - Persuasive and able to encourage customers to take action. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus. Additional Skills: - Experience in gathering customer feedback and reviews. - Familiarity with online review platforms (Google Reviews, Yelp, Trustpilot, etc.). - Knowledge of customer service best practices. - Bilingual abilities are a plus.
