🌟 Today Marks Exactly 3.5 Years at Big Pharmacy 🌟 Reflecting on this incredible journey, it’s been a ride full of growth, challenges, and so many lessons. Running through my memory lane: 💼 Pharmacist Recruiter I started by reaching out to talented individuals, even when it meant handling challenges like others asking us not to call again. 🤝 HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner) I learned to truly understand the business, stand by it, and guide it in building people strategies that align with growth and values. ✨ HRMS & HR Analytics Then came a new chapter—Big Pharmacy “married” Caring Pharmacy. From HRBP, I transitioned into the world of data and systems, teaching myself Power Query, Power BI, and Google Sheets to support this evolving union. This journey has been about constant learning, adaptability, and staying true to the mission of improving lives through healthcare. If you’re curious about how Big Pharmacy started small but always dreamed big, or how Caring Pharmacy became a partner that truly cares when anyone stumbles on their journey, this is the place to be. I’m not saying farewell—far from it. This networking group connects employees from all stages in their career journeys, provides mentorship opportunities, and fosters a sense of community. For a closer look, we met Tania Davila, supervisor of operations with FreseniusRx, to learn how participating in the Leaders of Tomorrow ERG has helped her career thrive. Please introduce yourself. My name is Tania Davila. I grew up in Tennessee and have always had a passion for the healthcare industry. When I was offered the opportunity to work for FreseniusRx, I was so excited! At the pharmacy, we get to be a part of patient care by helping them with their medications. My role is supervisor of operations, and I have truly enjoyed my experience here. I see our core values at play every day. It’s not without its challenges of course, but I love that my team is able to work together to get things done for the benefit of the patients. Outside of work, I like to go for walks with my husband and three dogs, sing, and cook delicious and healthy meals. How did you get involved in the Leaders of Tomorrow ERG? I have been with the company for seven years. Part of my goals this year is to expand my network and be involved in things outside of the pharmacy. I saw a coworker get involved in the Leaders of Tomorrow ERG, and I asked her about it. She loved it! And that feeling was contagious, so I decided to join. Why do you feel it’s important for Fresenius Medical Care to support a leadershipfocused ERG? We all have something to bring to the table. This ERG offers the opportunity to network and share our stories so that we may find similarities, but also provides exposure to diversity of thought. I am only in the beginning stages of being in an ERG and I am so thankful I joined. It helps me see how big our company is and how hard everyone works to help drive the business forward.
