Recruiters can partner with hiring managers by keeping them abreast of what is happening on the marketplace. Recruiters also must help hiring managers understand the importance of being proactive in the marketplace versus reactive. Hiring tends to be a reactionary response. Set up bi-weekly meetings to make hiring managers aware of available talent.
