VETERAN'S ON THEIR WAY TO SUCCESS THROUGH MY LIVE TEAMS USAJOBS WORKSHOP. I'm proud to share that today I delivered my first 2hr. live TEAMS presentation of the USAJOBS process, walking the participants through the entire application process. From creating their profile, attaching required documents, job search w/e notification and concluding with the submission of a live application. This empowering workshop has now place veterans that have not been successful at their attempts to Strong candidates ready to "Compete Fairly" for federal jobs. Their newfound knowledge will guide them to success. They also learned how to fight for their rights to be qualified and referred, properly disputing a "Not Qualified' response when are denied their rights from incompetent HR staffers reviewing their application. The response and feedback from the class has motivated me to schedule my next workshop on May 15th 0830 PST. This class is only open to veterans, separating military, their spouses, current fed. employees and now for the first time, First Responders. Many claim to be "Experts" in transitioning mil. resumes into the latest and greatest break through document to wow the hiring authority. How's that working? Have you gotten a Fed. GS job yet. No? I am the SEM with 21 fed. jobs in 25 yrs. that knows the system, good, bad & ugly. I know the regs. the regs are my friend. I've had to faced down HR and won. Since 1986, I've created a career that opened doors that saw me work in jobs all over the world for the DOD supporting you and your families.
