Ensures SLA met for the Expedite PO request from Client. *Work with the suppliers in order to get the estimated delivery date and get the tracking number for the shipment for Expedite PO. * Handled the SERVICE-NOW tickets and close the assigned tickets by providing proper solution. *Negotiation and Enquiry with Suppliers for price related discrepancies and worked with Leads for the Cost validation and approvals. * Daily follow up with Suppliers for the BACKORDER POs. *To ensure that whole PO items are delivered to the client facility and follow up with suppliers for any incomplete POs. * Worked on RFQ for any new items and follow up with suppliers. * Worked in the PR to PO task as per the SOP. * Supported the AVAYA calls and reply back with the suitable solution for both clients and suppliers. * Worked with Invoice teams for any invoice related queries and took the necessary actions inorder to reflect in ARIBA. Tools used: SAP-HANA SERVICE-NOW OUTLOOK TEAMS ARIBA Roles and Responsibilities in BEST BUY: * Working in the Price validation activity by comparing the competitor price and update the client Price. *Allocate the Price validation count to the team members and worked with any query form the team. * Remove the incorrect matches in the WISER Portal and added the good matches. * Once cost validation completed, allocate the QC to the team and revert back with any changes. * Upload offers in the Offer Management Tool. *Follow up with the client in order to get confirmation on the doubted SKUs. Tools used: PROMO LAB WISER OMT OUTLOOK TEAMS WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE - ROYAL ENFIELD - ( SEP 2021 - OCT 2022) Roles and Responsibilities: *Handled the end to end VOR activity and ensure that the order PO is packed and shipped to the Distributor. *Allocate the daily VOR picking task to the trainees of my team. * Responsible for creating POs for the VOR request. *Clearing the inward items in the quality queue and directed those lots to the inventory. *Declaring the suitable vendor for the new items by using the PIR. *Follow up the PO with distributor untill it was delivered and make GRN for those delivered POs. *Responsible for the weekly VOR PIV activity and ensures all the VOR material are in suitable stock as per the norms. DIFFERENT TYPES OF TESTING IN SAP SYSTEM 1. 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠(𝐅𝐔𝐓): This testing is commonly known as FUT - Functional Unit Testing in SAP. This testing is carried out by consultants of all the configurations in the Development System based on different requirement gathering carried out in the Prepare Phase. 2. 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Integration testing involves testing the integrations between different modules like FI-MM or FI-SD or integrations with Non-SAP system to ensure they work together in SAP as expected. It verifies that data flows smoothly between various parts of the system and that integrations with external systems are functioning correctly. 3. 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Regression testing makes sure that when we make changes or updates to the SAP system, they don't mess up things that were already working fine. It means testing stuff we've already tested before to make sure it still works okay after we've made changes or improvements. 4. 𝐔𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐔𝐀𝐓): UAT involves testing the SAP system from an end-user perspective to ensure that it meets their requirements and is ready for deployment. It is carried out in the Quality system and is the final phase of testing before the system is released to users for production use. 5. 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Negative testing means intentionally trying out wrong or unexpected things in the SAP system to see if it can handle mistakes without crashing. This helps find out where the system might break or have problems dealing with errors. 6. 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Performance testing checks how well the SAP system works when lots of people are using it or when there's a lot of data. It makes sure the system can handle all the work it's supposed to do without slowing down or crashing.
