I can't believe that today marks my 1st Work Anniversary at Ascendion!!👀✨🥳 Being in a Talent Acquisition role has always been fascinating, Joining Ascendion was definitely one of the best and the most strategic moves that I made last year. When I walked through Ascendion's doors, I knew I was stepping into something special. I was completely aware how I wanted to impact lives around the globe. From the very first day I was aware that the core values and the leadership at Ascendion aligns 200% with my goals and mindset. Below are a few key achievements I had in this 1 year that I am proud of: - Placed a lot candidates in their dream companies. - Got an entry to the Elite Club - Presidents Club 2024 - A routine to attain 10x productivity in every possible way. - Met and collaborated with some of the most talented minds accross the globe. - Got featured on Ascendion Newsletters - Got a chance to interview winners of Ascent 2023 and so many things that I can't even list here as the list is way tooooo long. 🤪 And none of this would have been possible without my team. ✨ Grateful for the journey, the team, and the unwavering support. Looking forward to many more chapters of learning, opportunities, challenges and success ahead! ⚡ Need a job search strategy? You know who to connect with. 😉 Ascendion #AscendionJourney #OneYearStrong #ChiragGandhi #10x

How can this be the case? Celebrating my 8th anniversary at Reveleer! It’s been an incredible journey growing almost 100x; expanding from 1 product suite to 3; launching a 2nd site in New Albany, OH; and seeing our overall headcount expand 10X and most importantly building a company that will have a meaningful impact on the triple-aim in healthcare. As I reflect on how far we’ve come, I recognize that amidst the celebratory headlines are critical moments of doubt and transition, pivotal in determining our company's survival in the marketplace. In recognition of my 8th anniversary, I share 8 essential learnings from my journey to date. 1. Declare your North Star. Make it simple, succinct, and compelling so people understand it & believe in it. You will be surprised at how often you are asked to share your bold vision to investors, prospects, customers, business partners and more. 2. Culture-building is paramount for a CEO. Even as the company expands, maintaining involvement is crucial. Embrace departures that don't fit the culture and celebrate the culture's strength. Reveleer emphasizes this through annual themes, encouraging vulnerability among executives to convey the message effectively. #MissionPossible for 2024. 3. No job is beneath you. Empty the sink. Pick up the trash. My father embodied this exceptionally well when he built his company. Be a servant leader & prioritize the growth, well-being, and empowerment of your employees. When they succeed so will your company. 4. ‘A’ players drive exponential value. Never be afraid to hire someone who is too big for the current job. I learned this at ServiceSource (acquired by Concentrix) and it has never failed me when properly executed. While the headline is simple, execution is not. The big-time ‘A’ player must come in with both confidence and humility. 5. Assess your mental health and prioritize it. This is my biggest challenge right now. Entrepreneurial journeys are filled with highs and lows, often lonely & overwhelming. There are times when you have no one to share with: not your partner, your board, nor your key lieutenant. There are mornings when you wake up and feel a 50lb bag of sand laying on top of you. It’s real. 6. Stay involved in the interview process. As the business expands, maintain involvement in candidate interviews. While I don’t interview every finalist, I prioritize interviewing late-stage VP candidates to ensure the right fit for key positions. 7. Prepare for setbacks. They happen & never on your terms. Take a breath as these events occur & engage your team in a balanced manner. 8. Define your operating framework, but know when to pivot. Establish and adhere to your operating structure, emphasizing its importance. For me this includes annual OKR’s, quarterly operating reviews, weekly leadership meetings, reviewing metrics, and post-mortems to name a few. To the next 8! Thanks Team Reveleer for committing to our mission.

Someone who was once almost forced to quit Veefin, today completes almost a decade here. Presenting to you, Deepak Hase’s #HumansOfVeefin “I used to work for an IT company before, and an existing employee referred me to Veefin back in 2015. From that to almost a decade at Veefin, the journey has been quite a rollercoaster. I joined while we were developing our SCF product at a very nascent stage. I got to work extensively on the product and with the team in my early days here. While I’ve worked in other companies before, Veefin remains my longest stint to date. I love working with the team here; the hierarchy is so transparent that it feels like we work with our peers and not managers or subordinates. I think that’s the part of the culture that still makes me stick around after almost a decade. While at Veefin, I got to grow both personally and professionally. I got married a few years ago and was blessed with a beautiful daughter. Professionally, I continued to expand the horizon of my work and got heavily involved in designing along with the development of the product. Things seemed perfect, and there was no scope for anything to go wrong, or at least that’s what I thought. Just when things were going great, the infamous pandemic struck, and everything, from work to people, came to a standstill. While this was a nightmare for most people at that time, it was not even close to what I was worried about. My daughter was diagnosed with a serious illness that required extensive care and attention. The doctor told us that she needed to be monitored at all times and could not be left alone. We had two options: either my wife or I quit our job, or figure out a way to keep our jobs and our daughter healthy simultaneously. While WFH was not a norm earlier and neither a possibility for my wife, who works with the police force, it seemed like I had to put my papers down. Just when I was ready to do so, Gautam figured out the reason and offered me an opportunity to continue doing what I do while working remotely from home. I was speechless, as this was not even an option I had thought of earlier. This brings back the point of the culture at Veefin – the family-like environment and the willingness to work together through hardships. This has helped garner significant loyalty in the team, allowing them to build Veefin into what it is today – more than just a product. It's not just a workplace; it's a family that stands by you, adapts to your needs, and helps you thrive." 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 #𝟏 𝐒𝐂𝐅 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 #accesstofinance #supplychainfinance #digitallending

This month marks my 1 year anniversary at LifeWork Search and what a year it's been. I've had some success and a LOT of learning. It's always good to have a great teacher - thank you Jason Breault! I'm excited about 2024! As I reflected on last year and made my plans for this year, here are a few things that motived me: 1. Finding the right person for the right role and then seeing them succeed in the role is FUN. 2. I remember why I was open to this change in career in the first place. When I was a hiring manager our HR team did a great job 90% of the time in finding good candidates, but there was at least 10% of the time I really could have used outside help in building a better team. If this resonates with you, give me a shout. And my advice is this - if you own the results, then you should own the process of building the team that delivers them for you. 3. Connecting with old friends and making new relationships is fun. I recommend getting involved in local professional groups in your area and meeting new people. It can be energizing. Also, if you think of someone you haven't talked to in forever, give them a call. You'll never be sorry that you did. #newyear2024 #LifeWorkSearch #supplychaintalent

What a year! 2023 came by so fast with lots of twist and turns. Definitely a #ride I wouldn’t forget. Looking back, I realised that my role has #transformed into something more than just getting talented people in the firm. This year, I was exposed to projects and processes. Worked with different teams, partnered with process experts in improving how we do things in Talent Acquisition. This year, I wasn’t just a recruiter. I was a process champion, a project manager and a business partner. I have never been so proud of what I’ve accomplished this year. And no, it wasn’t perfect. I made mistakes along the way. And whilst some plans didn’t go the way I expected, it led to something more beautiful and more meaningful. Key #learnings: Communicate - Be open, raise your hand, speak up and ask questions. Trust the process - It could get ugly before it becomes beautiful. Celebrate small wins - Appreciate the steps you took to get to the finish line. Most importantly, #appreciate all the people you came across this year. To my talented and passionate teammates - you’ve been nothing but amazing. To my managers who believed I can do more and for giving me space to move - thank you for the push. Excited and looking forward for what’s to come next year. #lifeatciti

Curating learning experiences that compliment corporate objectives without compromising learner needs through coaching and conversations.
🎉 Celebrating Two Years at Gainwell! 🎉 I made my two-year anniversary at Gainwell, and it has been an amazing journey. I feel more aligned in my career than ever. When I transitioned into training, I made a commitment that my crown would no longer be siloed from my career, and since then, my career has been rewarding. Here are the two lessons that have made the biggest difference: #1 - Integrate God within Your Career My career is different now that I proactively partner with God on career decisions (even the way I applied to jobs was different). Every organization has its challenges, so I’m not saying things are perfect. What I am saying is that the alignment between meaningful and fulfilling work, purposeful assignments that impact company culture, and developing relationships with people laterally and horizontally is finally here. The mentors and people who hold me accountable make all the difference. #2 - See People Beyond Their Titles I’ve always been an advocate for being more than your job title. There’s so much more to a person than their job title. When we see people as only what they can do for us, we base the relationship on performative measures. But when we get to know the entirety of a person, we can discover the depths of who they are and may find we have more in common than we think. It's also important to note that while we love the convenience of being at home (I know I do), not everyone has a comforting home environment. We have no idea what they are dealing with on the other side of the screen, so show some compassion—it goes a long way. #TEdraKnox #Kingsskid #CareerJourney #FaithAndWork #EmpathyInAction #TwoYearsAndCounting #GainwellCelebration #WorkLifeAlignment #SeeBeyondTitles
