🌟 Want to improve your organisation's culture, balance and productivity: take the ACEI Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Charter 🌟 At ACEI, we are proud to announce the launch of our Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Charter in partnership with the Irish Centre for Diversity (ICFD). ACEI members can now sign this charter and take an important step in their EDI journey. Several members are already well progressed on securing bronze, silver and gold accreditation with the Irish Centre for Diversity. We're asking all our members to sign the ACEI's Charter over July and August. Those that do so will be able to secure discounts for relevant training and consultation from our partner; the Irish Centre for Diversity.     The ACEI D&I Charter aims to promote equality, diversity and inclusion within the consulting engineering sector.     By participating in the charter, member Companies will work with the Irish Centre for Diversity and the ACEI to: Analyse and assess their current organisational cultures Develop strategies to improve EDI Attract and retain top talent  Build their reputation as an employer of choice  Generate evidence for ESG reporting  Improve productivity by increased diversity within their workforce   Caroline Cummins, Managing Director of ICFD, highlights: "The most forward-thinking and sustainable organizations have D&I firmly on the agenda as a business priority. The D&I Charter is a key enabler for employers seeking to build great workplace environments and retain talent."   Anne-Marie Conibear, President of ACEI, adds: "At ACEI, we recognize that embracing diverse perspectives and backgrounds strengthens our industry. The D&I Charter reflects our commitment to creating equitable workplaces and fostering innovation.
