I recently come accross this situation where I am filling out the 150 application in a week and The results: - 130 applications were never viewed. - 15 of the remaining 20 applications received automatic rejections within minutes. He managed to secure 2 interviews: 1. An initial chat that went nowhere and candidate waits for reverts. 2. A promising interview that advanced to the next round, only for him to be ghosted afterward. This broken hiring process wastes everyone's time. It's time for companies to step up and overhaul their systems. Show respect to job seekers.
