🎓 As a recent graduate in the food product development industry, with a BAS in Culinary Science and 15 years of experience as a chef, I've been navigating the challenging transition from academia to the workforce. Despite applying non-stop for the past 5 months (even before I graduated), I've only secured 2 interviews thus far. It's been a journey of perseverance, and I've worked hard to ensure my resume stands out and makes it past a company's ATS system. 🔍 This experience has shed light on a common dilemma faced by many new graduates like myself: the catch-22 situation of lacking experience for full-time positions while also being ineligible for internships. This gap in opportunities highlights the need for more companies to consider implementing new graduate programs within their R&D departments. 💡 These programs could provide recent graduates with valuable entry-level positions, offering rotational assignments, mentorship opportunities, and structured training programs. By investing in the development of new graduates, companies not only support the next generation of talent but also benefit from fresh perspectives and innovative ideas. The producer therefore mixes a lot of love within the product, making him to create all the feature that will solve that need within the product. He stays awake to create principles and strategies to ensure the product meets the market needs. Then above all, he puts faith into this product to achieve success.
