Are you working on projects in higher education already or supporting them with a view to taking them on yourself in future?
Learning on the job is a critical skill, but identifying and asking for CPD that will help you and your team deliver projects smarter will help develop those projects and your skills, which is critical too.
If your annual review is coming up, it's a great opportunity to reflect on what CPD you need to support you in your role to achieve for your institution and develop personally and professionally. Managers, could someone in your team benefit from this programme? I always look at what's available internally first, but exposure to a greater network and different approaches to projects externally complements the 'in-house' approaches and avoids echo-chamber syndrome.
If your annual review is overdue, this is your reminder to ask for that too!
Great line-up starting with the award winning project shared with tips from Lily Rice. 💡
If you have ever had an idea for a project and you weren't sure where to start, then our upcoming Professional Development Conference (PDC) is the conference for you.
📆Tuesday 17th September 2024

This PDC will focus on building the practical skills necessary for working on building and managing projects within HE.
