✨Quick Interview TIP ✨ A lot of people ask me how they can stand out as a candidate during their interviews. At the end of each interview, all interviewers ask, “Do you have any questions?” I listed a few questions below that are thought provoking. At this point, you’ve become the interviewer and you can assess whether you want to work for the company based on their answers. 1. What is it about my skill set on my resume that made you want to reach out to me for this stage in the hiring process? 2. Why did you choose this company? 3. I noticed the company’s core values are [state the core values], what programs, initiatives, and practices have you all adopted to ensure these core values are being implemented in your company on a daily basis? 4. What does your minority representation look like in leadership? I hope this helps! #recruitercousin #LinkedIn #interviewtip #community #tipsforsuccess #tipsandtricks #techrecruiter #blackinHR #blackintech #jobseekers
