Rohan from Good Life Housing Partners gave some valuable thoughts on the growing trend of ghost kitchens. He’s confident that ghost kitchens aren’t going anywhere soon. Their low startup costs and ability to offer diverse food options make them an attractive choice. With no need for dining spaces or waitstaff, the overhead is minimal—perfect for testing new food concepts or starting a business on a budget. Ghost kitchens are a smart business model for the future. Interested in keeping up to date with real estate deals? Join here: https://lnkd.in/d4YS94Gk #glhp #GhostKitchenTrends #StartupBusinessIdeas

Please take the time to read this and share it with colleagues, especially if you are interested in regeneration. For years, Ive attended all sorts of meetings and followed others which major on regenerating West Cumbria and a lot of it is rightly focussed on education, long term training and aspiration. There is however a very simple form of regeneration that businesses of all sizes can take part in and have fun in the process and its called shopping! Im not trying to be flippant by the way, a bit of old fashioned shopping in the town nearest you or your business goes a long way and to be honest, if we continue as a nation to allow the high street to decline, it wont be long before this is added to the list or major issues for clever minds to sort. So, before you give it to Jeff Bezos, check if you can buy it locally and if you are buying a gift for staff or colleagues, you can almost certainly buy it local. So please please please, shop for business, shop for your partner, and shop for yourselves, but do it on the High Street and lets try a bit of preventive spending. Shop till you drop folks and if you like wine or coffee or hampers, pay me a visit. https://lnkd.in/gkAU8jW

Since its stellar debut in 2018 with two Michigan locations, this brand has been on the fast track to success. But here's the scoop: Savvy Sliders isn't hitting the brakes. Nope, they're revving up to open 25 new stores this year, bringing their tantalizing treats to even more neighborhoods. How do they do it? What sets Savvy Sliders apart is its clever use of two prototype models. The first, a compact design, is perfect for speedy carryout and drive-thru orders. On the flip side, a larger version, complete with seating for 60 guests, is a spacious haven for family dining. This adaptability allows Savvy Sliders to cater to diverse markets, from bustling urban areas to cozy suburban neighborhoods. And here's the magic trick: Savvy Sliders knows location is key. They're ace at nabbing spots from old fast-food joints, cutting costs and using existing setups to zoom ahead. But that's not all! Savvy Sliders gets their A-team ready with top-notch training. They've got digital wizardry and a crew of experts, making sure everyone - from franchisees to managers and teams - is primed and prepped for success, right from the start.
