Hey hey! When hosting an event, it's super important to request hi-res vector format logos from your sponsors. This will ensure that their logos won't look pixelated when printed on event assets like banners, posters or programs. By asking for vector formats, you can guarantee that the logos will look sharp and professional. So, make sure to reach out to your sponsors early on and ask for their logos in the proper format (eps or ai). If everyone had infinite budgets, we could all create events like this UFC match with incredible 3D visuals and amazing effects. While I can appreciate the dome and how it enhances the events hosted inside, the thing cost 2.3 Billion to make! Talk about blowing the lid on budget! You can just imagine what it costs to host any kind of event inside of it. 🤯 Budget is a key aspect of any event! But more on this in another post.

This is when exhibitors choose a Show floor location based on their seniority in a process that literally builds the SEMA Show section by section, booth by booth. "It is like the order of a pro sports draft; we rank each exhibitor by seniority, determined by how many SEMA Shows an exhibitor has participated in and by Show section," said Andy Tompkins, SEMA trade show director.
