A three-day celebration commemorating the 100th birthday on June 12 of George H.W. Bush, the 41st president of the United States, kicked off in Aggieland today. President Bush's son and former Florida governor Jeb Bush moderated a conversation between Robert Gates and Andrew Card, who have served in both Bush administrations and at Texas A&M University. Join the George & Barbara Bush Foundation for community celebrations this week, including the opening of a pavilion at the George Bush Library & Museum that will house a Marine One helicopter used by President Bush and the Union Pacific No. 4141 locomotive.
